Page Feature Requirements

1. Blog Listing
   1. Display the most recent blog items in a list based on blog release date (most recent on top).
   2. Display date, title, thumbnail (if available), summary, author, number of comments, average rating and link to full story for each blog item.
   3. Display 5 items per page.
2. Blog Categories Feed
   1. Display a filterable list of blog categories in the right margin.
   2. Display the number of blog items within each category.
   3. Selecting a category should display the blog items within that category.
